The Grand Island Fire Co. will host its annual open house on Thursday, Oct. 10, at GIFC headquarters, 2275 Baseline Road.
This year's event features a live firefighting demonstration, a fire engine ride raffle, emergency medical service cardiac lifesaving fire prevention tips, a display of fire and rescue equipment, a basket raffle and refreshments.
The open house runs from 5 until 8 p.m.
