The International Joint Commission invites area residents interested in decisions affecting the future of Lake Ontario lake levels to participate in a multi-city teleconference, Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 7 to 8 p.m. The topic for the night will be the regulation of water levels and flows in the Lake Ontario and St. Lawrence River system during the summer of 2013.
