The following activity occurred from Monday, Sept. 2, to Sunday, Sept. 15, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 210 response calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 2

•1100 block of Elliott Drive, disturbing the peace (two responses). First call, patrol advised that party involved had to clear out. Second call, patrol reported the loud party was not with them.

•5800 block of West Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, mental health response. Female, 55, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•200 block of North Ninth Street, domestic. Female, 23, listed as complainant; female, 65, and male, 25, listed as persons involved. Report filed.

•900 block of Seneca Street, fireworks complaint. Receipt issued for property taken.

•3200 block of Creek Road, alarm response. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on call. All secure.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

•Addresses on the 400 block of Seneca Street and the 1500 block of Swann Road, separate vehicle repossessions. First address, patrol reported the repo man needed assistance to retrieve vehicle. Call handled without problem. Second call, repo man needed assistance due to a dog on the property. Vehicle not on location.

•Robert Moses Parkway southbound, reckless driver. Patrol assisted State Park Police.

•400 block of Morgan Drive, suspicious person. Subject GOA.

•Pletcher and Creek roads, check welfare. Patrol searched the area with negative results.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, burglary. Male listed as complainant and female listed as person involved. NCSO also called to residence. Investigation to continue.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

•Myers Lake, found property. Call involved Direct TV items uncovered from a stolen vehicle out of Wilson. NCSO ID Unit on location to log/collect items.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, criminal mischief/larceny. Complainant, unidentified, reported stereo equipment and fishing equipment taken overnight out of a vehicle.

•5900 block of Tuscarora Road, ATV problem. GOA.

•5800 block of West Street, juvenile problem. Caller advised of possible activity. Unfounded.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, criminal mischief. Patrol reported a vehicle backed into a driveway and struck a wood barrier, damaging same.

•4600 block of Porter Center Road, aggravated harassment. Patrol reported an unknown suspect left a message on an answering machine.

Thursday, Sept. 5

•2500 block of Youngstown Lockport Road, mental health response. LPD assisted NCSO on call.

•700 block of Center Street, follow-up. Patrol obtained video from an earlier larceny at a drug store business.

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Male, 47, listed as complainant and female, 59, listed as suspect. No report.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, officer requested. Male, 74, reported a computer virus.

•Military and Upper Mountain roads, one vehicle accident. LPD assisted State Police on the call.

Friday, Sept. 6

•700 block of Center Street, alarm response. Patrol checked the area; call unfounded. All secure.

•1300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, stolen vehicle. Patrol reported two ATVs stolen from a garage in the early morning hours. Forced entry into garage reported.

•400 block of Ninth Street, warrant execution. Female, 49, arrested on warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect remanded to custody of NCSO.

•700 block of Oxbow Lane, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with both parties; call cleared.

•600 block of Mountain View Drive, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 65, who reported her cellphone was taken from a vehicle. Investigation to continue.

•2900 block of Moore Road, animal problem. Patrol removed and dispatched a raccoon from the porch.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Saunders Settlement Road, open burn complaint. Handled by patrol.

Saturday, Sept. 7

•4100 block of Dickersonville Road, juvenile problem. Handled by patrol.

•Route 93 and Lutts Road, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO and State Police for a property damage accident/driving while intoxicated arrest.

•5100 block of Townline Road, assist citizen. Suspicious activity reported near a produce stand.

•100 block of North Sixth Street, Lewiston No. 1 firehall, agency assist. LPD on location with State police on a call of four males yelling obscenities at people. State Police handled.

•900 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Two males were struck by a blue Ford Taurus that fled the scene. One victim treated at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for injuries. Patrol located vehicle on Lewiston Hill Road. Male driver, 72, charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver review ordered from DMV. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, juvenile problem. Handled by patrol; all OK.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, loud party. Patrol advised; all OK.

•400 block of Cayuga Street, missing person. Juvenile located by family. Call disregarded.

Sunday, Sept. 8

•800 block of Center Street, fight. Patrol advised both parties to go separate ways. All OK.

•100 block of Blank Road, agency assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police on an overdose.

•900 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Investigation pending.

•Upper Mountain Road and Susies Lane, fatal motor vehicle accident. Patrol reported an accident involving two vehicles. A male, 18, reported deceased; a male, 20, and a male, 38, both taken to ECMC for treatment of injuries. Patrol reported the male, 20, was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter second; driving while intoxicated; leaving the scene of a fatal accident; unlicensed operation and various vehicle/traffic violations. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. NCSO and State Police assisted in investigation. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, juvenile problem. Handled by patrol.

Monday, Sept. 9

•200 block of Lockport Street, Youngstown, alarm response. LPD assisted NCSO; all secure.

•800 block of Sullivan Court, shooter complaint. GOA.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, hit-run accident. Vehicle No. 2 GOA. Pending investigation.

•4500 block of Model City Road, burglary. Statement taken from a male, 74. Report filed.

•900 block of Escarpment Drive, neighbor problem. Male, 28, listed as complainant. Patrol spoke with the neighbor; all OK.

•Lewiston Town Court, arraignment. Suspect from Upper Mountain Road-Susies Lane fatal MVA arraigned. Bail assigned at $50,000/$100,000. Suspect transported from court.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, unwanted touching. Female, 36, listed as complainant. Investigation ongoing and patrol to be re-contacted as needed.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

•800 block of Center Street, larceny. Female, 48, listed as complainant and female, 45, listed as a suspect.

•900 block of Creek Road Extension, unattended death. Female, elderly listed. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location.

•300 block of North Fifth Street, larceny. Male, 47, reported the theft of a purple/gray Huffy mountain bike.

•4100 block of Lower River Road, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; deer handled by patrol. Report filed.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, suspicious person. Handled by patrol.

Wednesday, Sept. 11

•Bond Lake Park, suspicious person. Party advised subject to go elsewhere.

•Niagara-Wheatfield High School, unlawful possession complaint. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 17, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, two-vehicle property-damage accident. One vehicle towed; no injuries. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, petit larceny. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 45. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $250 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, Lewiston Town Hall, harassment complaint. Statement taken from complainant; report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, warrant executions. Two suspects - a male, 32, and a female, 36 - arraigned in court. Reports filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, bench warrant. Female, 29, arraigned on following charges: aggravated unlicensed operation, third; criminal possession of marijuana, second; and failure to appear on an appearance ticket. Report filed.

•4200 block of Military Road, agency assist. LPD on location with TNPD for a fight. Knife reported displayed. Suspects GOA.

Thursday, Sept. 12

•Niagara University campus, civil matter. Handled by patrol.

•700 block of Hillview Drive, check welfare. Male, 24, taken for treatment on a mental health response. Report filed.

•Niagara University, larceny. Male, 20, listed as a suspect. Patrol investigating; report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 31, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5800 block of Walmore Road, custody problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 52, concerning a male, 16, who wanted to stay with her.

•5000 block of Isherwood Drive, agency assist. LPD on location with State Police for a burglary in progress. Suspect fled on foot; patrols unable to locate.

Friday, Sept. 13

•NU campus, overdose. Female, 17, taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co.

•NU campus, larceny. Party advised to contact Niagara Falls Police as the incident occurred in Niagara Falls.

•Hyde Park Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 44, arrested on the following: reckless driving; aggravated unlicensed operation; speed in zone; and passing a red light. Driver observed doing 78 mph in a 45 mph zone earlier on Lewiston Road. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed and courtesy ride given. Report filed.

•Meadowbrook Drive, attempted burglary. No further information.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, house fire/check welfare. Female, 47 and male, 59, listed on call. All OK; report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, burglary. Statement taken from a male regarding the theft of cash and jewelry. Suspect unknown. NCSO to collect photos. Report filed.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 75 who reported coming home to find a male exiting the home and fleeing on foot. Patrol located a male suspect, 27, soon after on Washington Drive. Suspect arrested on following charges: burglary, third; grand larceny, fourth; possession of stolen property; criminal trespassing; and possession of hypodermic needles. Arraignment in Lewiston Town Court; arrest found to be suspect's second for burglary in past two months. Bail/bond of $10,000/$20,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Patrol recovered stolen property on Washington Drive and logged same. Report filed.

Saturday, Sept. 14

•5500 block of Walmore Road, unwanted party. Male, 49, listed as suspect. Handled by patrol.

•4200 block of Williams Road, trespass. Male, 50, listed as complainant/victim and male, 22, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•1100 block of Sweethome Road, larceny from vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 47. Report filed.

•1300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny from vehicle. Statement taken from a female, 66. Report filed.

•NU, assault/harassment. Male, 19, listed as complainant and male, 21, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•900 block or Orchard Drive, shooter complaint. Two males listed as persons involved. No further details.

•5700 block of Bridgeman Road, overdose/mental health response. Female, 52, reportedly took a quantity of prescription meds. Subject taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for an evaluation.

Sunday, Sept. 15

•800 block of Center Street, harassment at a bar/restaurant. Patrol spoke with both parties involved; victim did not wish to press charges. All OK.

•Mount Hope and Walmore roads, reckless driver. Caller reported a 2007 white Pontiac with Ontario plates driving recklessly in the area. Plate number logged; vehicle GOA.

•5000 block of Callan Drive, larceny. Male, 35, reported a four-wheeler taken from the residence. Vehicle located later at a neighbor's house; no charges filed.

•NU, AED response. Patrol reported a female soccer player struck her head on a goal post and became unconscious. Victim taken via MercyFlight to ECMC.
