The Niagara Tourism and Convention Corp. is thrilled to announce two staff changes.

Michelle Blackley, pictured, has been promoted to interim director of marketing. She joined NTCC almost two years ago and has held the position of communications manager, which she will continue. During her tenure at NTCC, she has doubled the amount of media attention in Niagara USA, and was responsible for obtaining a Ragan PR Daily Award and PRSA Buffalo/Niagara Excalibur Award. Blackley said she is excited about expanding her reach in this new role. She is a native of Lockport, and has a Master of Arts degree in speech and interpersonal communication from New York University.

NTCC also welcomed back Lana Perlman to her role of tourism sales coordinator. She is a proud resident of Niagara Falls, which is also her hometown. Perlman has worked for NTCC for three years and is thrilled to be back doing the job she loves, in the place she loves most: Niagara USA. Perlman is a 2008 graduate of Niagara University's College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a Bachelor of Science degree in tourism and recreation management (destination management concentration).
