Culinary arts students from the BOCES Niagara Career and Technical Education Center lent a hand and learned a thing or two at the US Foods Show at the Niagara Falls Convention Center recently. The students spent the day with their teacher, Bob Ihle, as they assisted chefs preparing food for the attendees of the show.
