Her duties encompass many aspects of social work, from resident admission and discharge to care planning to communicating with families about patient care.
Deyarmond earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in human services from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa. She lives in St. Catharines, Ontario. She is an avid 5K competitor and participant in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She is also a volunteer youth soccer coach for the Port Weller Soccer League.
