NCCC to host 'Santa's Workshop' at Culinary Institute

Niagara County Community College, in conjunction with the College Association of NCCC, will host "Santa's Workshop" weekends at the college's new Niagara Falls Culinary Institute through Dec. 24.

"Santa's Workshop" will feature visits and photos with Santa Claus in a gingerbread house. Additional festivities will feature story reading, cookie decorating for children, holiday movies, chef and horticulture demonstrations, an ice carving demonstration and the American Culinary Federation's gingerbread house decorating competition on Dec. 15.

The hours for "Santa's Workshop" are:

  • Fridays, Dec. 7, 14, 21, from 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Saturdays, December 8, 15, 22, from 1 until 8 p.m.
  • Sundays, Dec. 9, 16, 23, from 1 to 5 p.m.
  • Monday, Dec. 24, from noon until 3 p.m.
