The following activity occurred from Monday, Aug. 20, to Sunday, Aug. 26, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department.

Monday, Aug. 20

•Unspecified location, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, no age listed, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued and vehicle released to rightful owner. Report filed.

•Seneca Street and Portage Road, recovered property. Hypodermic needles in the roadway. Secured by patrol.

•2100 block of Mount Hope Road, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 32, regarding a male suspect, 26. Complainant states the suspect drove by several times yelling and peeled out from in front of the residence. Investigation continuing.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

•2700 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief. Male, 56, reported equipment damaged. Investigation to continue.

•LPD office, larceny complaint. Female, 54, stated she believes her son stole several items from her but she cannot prove it. Report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, assist. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 31, for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 assigned and posted. Vehicle secured.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a female (no age listed) regarding a female suspect, 53. Investigation to continue.

•700 block of Upper Mountain Road, assist EMS/DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 36, for driving while intoxicated. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Suspect taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Report filed.

•Kiwanis Park, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrests of two males, ages, 17 and 18, on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Patrol's report to follow.

•Locations on the 300 block of South Eighth Street, the 800 block of Center Street, and Onondaga and North Second streets, Alcohol Beverage Control violations. Patrol reported the arrests of the following for open container violations: a male, 52; a male, 28; a male, 48; and a female, 49. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•Fourth and Center streets, vehicle check/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 32, with Ontario registration for driving while intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .14 of 1 percent. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

•1000 block of Swann Road, property damage accident/hit-run. Driver left the scene. Vehicle still on location and hold placed.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 24, placed under arrest for driving while ability impaired/drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Jail/bail of $250 assigned.

•4600 block of Creek Road, mental health response. Rural Metro ambulance transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Thursday, Aug. 23

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic-boyfriend/girlfriend. Female, 28, listed as complainant and male, 32, listed as suspect. Domestic Incident Report filed and warrant advised. Patrol returned to the address later on as standby and reported no problems.

•2200 block of School House Road, check situation. Patrol reported a possible domestic dispute. Parties uncooperative and refusing to talk to patrol. Patrol requested State Police.

•4600 block of Model City Road, missing person. Female, 32, reported a male, 34, as missing. Subject found at his sister's residence.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, larceny. Statement taken from a male; no further details.

•Sand Docks, Water Street, larceny. Two subjects reportedly entered five boats. Investigation to continue.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. Statement taken from a male, 55. Bills recovered by patrol; report filed.

Friday, Aug. 24

•Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic pursuit. Patrol reported the pullover of a 2000 Chevy. Male driver, 50, placed under arrest on the following charges: public lewdness; driving while ability impaired/drugs; failure to keep right; failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle; failure to stop at a stop sign and aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Police bail assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Twelve-hour hold placed on vehicle. Report filed.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, fire. Brush fire reported out of hand and close to a residence. Lewiston No. 2 and Sanborn volunteer fire companies on location.

•North Fifth Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 26, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued. Report filed.

•Fort Niagara State Park, harassment/attempt to locate. Suspect vehicle located on Robert Moses Parkway by patrol and returned to park to speak with NCSO.

•Portage Road and Center Street, criminal mischief. Male, 25, placed under arrest on a charge of criminal mischief, third. Arraignment at Porter Town Court and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny at a smoke shop. Patrol reported one box of blunts stolen by two suspects. Investigation to continue.

Saturday, Aug. 25

•2900 block of Moore Road, criminal mischief. Male, 46, reported damage to a mailbox, apparently caused by a bat.

•Lewiston-Queenston bridge, traffic complaint. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 41, from Ontario on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic ticket for Lewiston Town Court issued and driver released to U.S. Customs officers for further handling. Report filed.

•5400 block of Townline Road, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 25, who reported $1,500 was taken from an unsecured vehicle.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Statement taken from a female, 34. Two males, ages 33 and 29, listed as persons involved. Male, 29, left without incident. Call listed as verbal only; no charges.

•1500 block of Mount Hope Road, ATV accident. Statement taken from a male, 34. Off-road vehicle hit a rock and two passengers injured. Report taken at Mount St. Mary's Hospital EM-Star.

Sunday, Aug. 26

•Creek Road and Scovell Drive, shooter complaint. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

•100 block of South Water Street, larceny. Statements taken from a female, 51, a male, 54, and a male, 52. White Ford van with sign graphics on its side, reportedly involved in incident, was gone on patrol's arrival. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, stolen property. Female reported a banquet table was taken from the front of a store. Possibly taken by mistake by the Jazz Fest cleanup crew.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, pullover-arrest. Male, 31, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, third degree, and operation while the registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
