Gene Colucci of Lewiston received the "Best in Show" award at the first "Super Cruise" car show in conjunction with the Cataract Cruisers of Western New York to benefit the Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence.
The show was held July 21 on the OLP campus in Lewiston.
Colucci dedicated the award given for his 1967 Chevrolet Corvette in memory of his late mother, Elma Colucci, who was an original resident of OLP when the facility opened in 2003. She also was a past president of OLP's resident council.
