Our Lady of Peace to host 'Super Cruise' fundraiser

Start your engines and bring your ride to Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence for a different kind of fundraiser. Our Lady of Peace "Cruisers Day," in conjunction with Cataract Cruises of WNY, presents "Super Cruise" on Saturday, July 21. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the facility, located at 5285 Lewiston Road.

"Our residents are excited for this event as it gives them the opportunity to reminisce about some of their favorite cars or those vehicles that they may have previously have owned," said Ron Zito, administrator. "We encourage the community to attend this wonderful (event) on July 21 to support the residents of Our Lady of Peace."

The event features Dee Jay the DJ and members of the Buffalo Jills, along with plenty of entertainment and food. Other activities include a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and a Chinese auction. All proceeds will benefit the residents of Our Lady of Peace.
