The following activity occurred from Monday, June 4, to Sunday, June 17, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 181 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 4

•1000 block of Sweet Home Road, identity theft. Statement taken from a male. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, follow-up arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 44, on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal mischief, fourth, and harassment, second. Suspect released on his own recognizance.

•Robert Moses Parkway-Pletcher Road, check welfare. Passerby informed patrol of found property off the pedestrian/bike path, south of Pletcher Road. Patrol secured a red Shogun 400 bicycle. Property evidence tag filed.

•Nancy Price Drive/Veterans Park, check welfare. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a possible domestic call. NCSO handled.

•Cayuga Drive and Ridge Road, vehicle check. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 51, for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•3800 block of Lower River Road, aggravated harassment. LPD assisted NCSO on the call. A female 26, listed as complainant. No crime committed.

Tuesday, June 5

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, narcotics search. No further details.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief. Vehicle reported keyed; no report requested.

•100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. All parties advised by patrol to leave each other alone.

Wednesday, June 6

•700 block of Cayuga Street, disturbing the peace. Party shut down for the night.

•4000 block of Creek Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 29, regarding 10 nuisance texts. Suspect unknown. Patrol advised to contact phone carrier and block phone number.

•300 block of Kerr Street, call-in complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 50, who reported someone has been stepping on rose bushes, possibly trying to enter a window.

•800 block of Oneida Street, call-in complaint - harassment. Patrol spoke with a female (no age listed) who reported phone calls from telemarketers.

•LPD office, walk-in complaint - harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 58, who reported her daughter's boyfriend had sent harassing texts.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 21, who reported an unknown suspect set off fireworks in her parked vehicle. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 20, for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

Thursday, June 7

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 45, who reported a diesel fuel drive-off. No vehicle or plate and suspect unknown. Patrol checked area with negative results. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, miscellaneous complaint. Caller reported an unknown suspect exited a parked vehicle on Center Street and proceeded to use the side stairs of a dentist office for a bathroom.

•1000 block of D Street, follow-up to the Upper Mountain Road larceny. Patrol advised by State Police on the call; negative results reported on patrol's search of the suspect/vehicle.

•900 block of Center Street, leaking gas in a supermarket parking lot. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location. Gas removed.

Friday, June 8

•4800 block of Eddy Drive, noise complaint. Caller reported a possible domestic in the above apartment. Call unfounded. Patrol logged it as an ongoing neighbor problem.

•Niagara University, Dunleavy Hall, assist. Fire smoke reported in building. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. on scene.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, unattended death of a female. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. and Niagara County Coroner both on location.

•North Third and Ridge streets, check welfare. Father reported yelling at children. Patrol found all OK on location.

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a female, 44, for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Driver released on an appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, juvenile problem. Patrol returned two male juveniles to their parents.

Saturday, June 9

•5300 block of Chew Road, property dispute. Patrol reported two brothers fighting over beer.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, suspicious person. Female stated a male knocked on her door and wouldn't leave. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Walmore Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; vehicles towed and MV form issued. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, possible harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 41, regarding a female. No further details.

•5000 block of Printup Road, domestic. Patrol listed a female, 30 as a victim and two males, 22 and 25, as suspects. Patrol reported the call as an ongoing investigation from a Green Road address.

Sunday, June 10

•5300 block of Annover Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported a male walking around in his underwear. Subject GOA.

•Chew and Saunders settlement roads, property damage accident-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 22, on the following charges: driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired/drugs. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released on his own recognizance. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, check situation. Caller reported an unknown vehicle removed temporary fencing at the end of the driveway. Patrol reported the fence belonged to DOT.

Monday, June 11

•800 block of Center Street, report of fight at a bar/restaurant. Patrol reported the unwanted party left prior to its arrival.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol listed a male, 25, as a suspect on a criminal mischief case on Washington Drive. Investigation to continue.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 35, and a female, 17. A male, 25, listed as a suspect regarding unwanted contact via Facebook. Investigation to continue.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Buffalo Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•Location not specified, suspicious male. Caller reported a possible sex offender. Patrol assisted Niagara County probation on the call and reported all OK.

•1200 block of Pletcher Road, civil matter. Owners reported arguing over money; patrol advised it was a civil matter.

•500 block of Center Street, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 17, on multiple burglary counts from an earlier incident. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and bail of $7,500/$15,000 assigned. Suspect transferred to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

Tuesday, June 12

•Route 429 and Lower Mountain Road, accident with injuries. Patrol reported a car-dump truck accident. NCSO on location.

•Saunders Settlement Road in front of Niagara-Wheatfield High School, suspicious person. Patrol located and reported all OK.

•Location not specified, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 25, regarding two females (no ages) listed as suspects. No charges; report filed.

•600 block of Sara Court, miscellaneous complaint. Statement taken from a female, 43, who reported her daughter's boyfriend may attempt to break into the house. Male suspect identified.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 74, regarding an unknown suspect. Complainant reported receiving calls from Jamaica regarding sweepstake winnings. Investigation to continue.

•Location not specified, warrant/arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 28, on charges of harassment, menacing and disobeying a mandate. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on his own recognizance.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, unwanted party. Patrol reported a female left the address without incident.

Wednesday, June 13

•Saunders Settlement and Townline roads, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 50, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Caller at a gas/convenience store reported the theft of $100 worth of gas. Suspect returned later and paid for the purchase.

•5000 block of Marywood Drive, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 62, regarding a male and unwanted contact. Suspect was told not to contact complainant.

•400 block of West Lane, violation of court order. Patrol advised it was a civil matter.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check welfare. Statements taken from a female, 47, an elderly female, and a female, 19. A female, 46, listed as a suspect. Elder abuse/neglect reported. Investigation to continue.

Thursday, June 14

•1500 block of Ridge Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 77. A 2004 Chevy Silverado 25000 pick-up, color white and a 2011 trailer, black, reported taken. Patrol checked area with negative results. E-Justice notification and attempt to locate issued. Report filed.

•4600 block of Model City Road, bad check complaint at a business. Statement taken from a male; a female suspect identified.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a female, 64, who reported a 2000 Ford Escort taken overnight. Patrol checked area with negative results.

Friday, June 15

•Saunders Settlement and Town Line Roads, vehicle-traffic stop. Female, 26, cited for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Vehicle towed and driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court.

•Locations on the 800 block of Foxwood Drive and the 2000 block of Mount Hope Road, assist. Patrol on location with New York State Parole on a warrant execution of a male suspect. Negative results on both attempts.

•800 block of Orchard Drive, domestic. Statements from a male, 54, and female, 26, regarding a male, 35. Patrol reported a family domestic and all parties separated on its arrival. Male suspect advised to leave the residence for the night. No charges. Domestic incident report filed.

•Witmer Road at I-190, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 45, cited for operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Vehicle towed and driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Unspecified location, arrest. Patrol reports the arrest of the male on charge of criminal contempt in the second degree. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $100/$200 assigned and suspect remanded to NCSO-Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, domestic. Statement taken from a female, 21, regarding a male, 27. Investigation to continue.

Saturday, June 16

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, Alcohol Beverage Control violation. Party shut down without incident.

•5200 block of Chew Road, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a male, 40; a female, 25 was listed as a suspect. Female left without incident and advised to stay off the property.

•Walmore and Mount Hope roads, stolen vehicle recovery. Patrol reported the recovery of a pick-up truck and trailer taken from a Ridge Road address. Vehicles processed and removed from NYSPIN.

•5200 block of Chew Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 25. Report filed.

•Garlow Road, vehicle/traffic stop-warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male (no age listed). Suspect turned over to NCSO for county court.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, unwanted person. Male, 24, left prior to patrol's arrival.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check welfare. Patrol reported a female, 50, was voluntarily transferred via Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Sunday, June 17

•400 block of Meadow Brook Drive, criminal mischief. Patrol informed of three mailboxes knocked down. Possible intoxicated driver involved.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, arson/criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 63, regarding a fire in a public restroom. Vehicle reported as a dark colored two-door sedan left scene. Lewiston No. 1 on location.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, suspicious persons. Caller reported two males at the back door. Subjects GOA.
