Hops-n-Vines celebrates first anniversary in Lewiston

Hops-n-Vines, the super-cool lounge located at 490 Center St. (below Casa Antica), is celebrating its first anniversary next week. Proprietors Chris Salada, Kurt Minervino and John DiMino will host series of special events to mark the occasion.

On Thursday, June 7, Hops-n-Vines celebrates one year of open mic nights with singer Peggy Silvestri.

On Friday, June 8, Hops-n-Vines celebrates its first anniversary. Special musical guests The Brothers of Invention will perform. The band features two of Western New York's premier guitar players (Bruce Wojick and Jamie Holka) and a powerhouse vocalist (Dave Thurman). The show begins at 9 p.m.

Finally, Hops-n-Vines wraps its birthday weekend with a performance by Ray and Melissa Barry at 9 p.m. on Saturday.
