The Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce has hosted student interns from the Lewiston-Porter High School Career Exploration Internship Program for the past three years. Interning at the chamber this year are seniors Krystina Ventry and Shelby Lehr, who are interested in careers in marketing.

Last week Ventry and Lehr took advantage of the warm weather and handed out the chamber's "Come and Play" event guides to area businesses. The "Come and Play" calendar is a comprehensive listing of all the major events and festivals that happen in the Niagara River Region from May through December 2012.
