Village dems' caucus April 25

The Lewiston Democratic Committee reports a caucus to nominate two candidates for two, four-year terms as Lewiston Village trustees will take place on Wednesday, April 25, at the HSBC Meeting Room (Rite-Aid plaza) on Center Street beginning at 7 p.m.

The village elections will take place on Tuesday, June 19. Only registered Democrats who reside in the Village of Lewiston are eligible to nominate and vote for candidates at the caucus. Candidates selected must reside in the village. Those wishing to nominate or vote at the caucus are asked to bring photo identification.

Niagara County Democratic Chair Jeremy Schnurr has appointed William Boeck, a resident of the Village of Lewiston, chair of the caucus. Any questions concerning the caucus may be directed to Boeck at 754-7549.
