The movie "Project X" can easily be described as the teenage rendition of "The Hangover."  The target audience is young adults, specifically high school students.

Directed by Nima Nourizadeh, "Project X" is a comedy that focuses on three high school boys who are throwing a birthday party.  Thomas, whose parents are out of town, lets his friends, Costa and JB, plan this small party that quickly gets out of control.

The original plan of the party is to get noticed and pick up girls. But these young and unpopular men definitely got more than what they asked for.

I enjoyed the humor most throughout the film. I will say that an older audience may not enjoy it as much compared to a younger audience. If you enjoy comedies poking fun at hormonal teenagers and wild parties, then this is the movie for you to catch this month.
