The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 23, to Sunday, Jan. 29, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 83 response calls during this period.

Monday, Jan. 23

•Watts Drive and Dickersonville Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•400 block of Riverwalk Drive, AED response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. ambulance on location.

•Fort Niagara State Park, assist. LPD on location with New York State Parks Police on a possible suicide call. Vehicle located and subject found at the water's edge. No further details.

•4600 block of Creek Road, hit and run accident. Driver unknown; struck vehicle was parked. No report filed per the complainant; matter settled with the driver.

•1100 block of Ridge Road, alarm response. Building secure; no key holder on location.

Tuesday, Jan. 24

•Ridge Road/Creek Road Extension, reckless driver. Unidentified complainant reported four juveniles inside a vehicle had egged another vehicle. Complainant's vehicle and the other vehicle located. No charges per the complainant; matter settled. No report.

•500 block of Fairway Drive, suspicious person. Complainant states that an unknown individual rang the doorbell and ran away. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

•4800 block of Indian Hill Road, warrant execution. A 28-year-old male was listed in the report. Patrol reported active warrants out of the Niagara Falls Police Department. Call transferred to NFPD. Call was linked to a disabled vehicle report Monday on Upper Mountain Road. Hold on vehicle released.

•5200 block of Walmore Road, alarm response. All secure; alarm company on location.

•4600 block of Porter Center Road, loud music. Party advised subjects to turn it down.

•LPD office, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 40-year-old suspect. Arraignment held at Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on his own recognizance.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two harassment responses at a gas/convenience business. State Police on location; calls disregarded.

•2700 block of Albright Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 17-year-old female regarding a 16-year-old male suspect; car window reported broken. No charges wished; report filed.

•Liberty Drive, Town of Wheatfield, large fight. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a call of 25 to 30 juveniles planning a fight. Fight was prevented by the presence of various agencies.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

•4700 block of Miller Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a domestic. One male ran from the scene.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, warrant execution. A 40-year-old male was placed under arrest; charges not specified.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female; no suspect and no charges.

•5100 block of Bridgeman Road, violation of court order. Statement taken from a 31-year-old female resulting in the arrest of a 34-year-old male. No further details.

•Unspecified location, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 41-year-old male on a violation of probation charge. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to NCSO. Report filed.

•Indian Hill Road, one-vehicle accident; vehicle slid off roadway. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

Thursday, Jan. 26

•300 block of Howard Drive, assist. LPD on location with State Police for a domestic call. DSP handled.

•4600 block of North Fifth Street, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. and Niagara County coroner on location for an unattended death.

•Niagara University campus, mental health response. Female party transported by Rural Metro ambulance for treatment.

•Creek Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 16-year-old male for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned.

•NU campus, Dwyer Ice Arena parking lot, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, unwanted person at bar/restaurant. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

Friday, Jan. 27

•Locations on the 200 block of Portage Road and the 300 block of South First Street, check 911 calls. Phone-related problems at both locations.

•100 block of North Sixth Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 55-year-old male. Report filed.

•700 block of Mohawk Street check welfare. Patrol spoke with a 63-year-old female who was checking in on her ex in Youngstown. All OK.

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Caller reported two males yelling in the woods. Both subjects returned home.

Saturday, Jan. 28

•Lewiston Road and Fort Gray Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 21-year-old male; charge(s) not specified. Suspect released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•700 block of The Circle Drive, assist. LPD on location with State Police on an alarm response. No key holder on location.

•North Eighth and Oneida streets, intoxicated driver. Patrol advised by a cab driver of an intoxicated driver. Patrol located the vehicle and stopped same. A 28-year-old male was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .21 of 1 percent of alcohol. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court and 12-hour hold placed on vehicle. Report filed.

•Lewiston Road, north of New York Power Authority, one vehicle accident. Statement taken from the driver. Vehicle towed.

•NU Campus Safety, attempt to locate. LPD advised that an 18-year-old female had not returned to a dorm after going out with a friend. Subject returned while LPD on scene.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary report. Statement taken from a 58-year-old female. Suspects identified as a 21-year-old female and two males (no ages listed). Nothing reported taken; complainant did not wish to pursue charges.

•NU Keenan Center, assist. Caller reported a male with a broken leg in the pool area. Female also reported fainted and hit her head in the pool. EMS responders transported both to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•Locations on the Robert Moses Parkway north of Ridge Road and on Indian Hill Road, separate vehicle accidents. Statements taken; three vehicles towed. Reports filed.

•Locations on the Robert Moses Parkway north of Ridge Road and on Indian Hill Road, reports of vehicles in ditches. Vehicles removed; Indian Hill Road shut down due to icy conditions.

Sunday, Jan. 29

•1600 block of Wayside Drive, hit-run accident. LPD on location with State Police to assist on a DWI arrest.

•Locations on the 2000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, the S-curves on Walmore Road, the 600 block of Ward Road, on Ridge and Model City roads, Ridge and Creek roads and on Youngstown-Lockport and Burch roads, reports of vehicles in ditches. All calls weather related; vehicles removed.

•Upper Mountain Road and the I-190, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers. Report filed.

•Locations on North Fifth and Onondaga streets and on the 2700 block of Ridge Road, reports of two- and one-vehicle injury accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; two drivers taken to Mount St. Mary's. Separate reports filed.
