The third annual Western New York Parade and Cruise for motorcycles, trucks and cars will begin with registration at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, at Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA.

This event will honor fallen patriots and first responders. A ceremony and picnic will be held at 2 p.m. at Gratwick Riverside Park on River Road in North Tonawanda.
