Thursday, June 30

•800 block of Main Street, burglary. Statement taken from a 56-year-old female who reported her house was entered and a painting stolen. Report filed.

Friday, July 1

•400 block of Lockport Street, attempt to serve paperwork. Patrol reported the subject was not at home.

•Lockport Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a male for speeding. Driver clocked at 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued; report filed.

Saturday, July 2

8100 block of Main Street, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

Monday, July 4

•Lockport Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 24-year-old male for speeding. Driver clocked at 47 mph in a 35 mph zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued; report filed.

Tuesday, July 5

 •100 block of Jackson Street, overdose/mental health response. Patrol reported a 46-year-old female took an unknown amount of prescription meds. Woman taken by Rural Metro Ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical center.

Wednesday, July 6

•Unspecified location, appearance ticket issued. Patrol reports citing a 61-year-old male on violations of the village code for outside storage on private lands. Appearance ticket issued for Porter Town Court. Report filed.

•Elliott and Third streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 26-year-old female on a stop sign violation. Uniform traffic ticket issued. Report filed.

Friday, July 8

•Unspecified location, DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 23-year-old male on numerous DWI-related charges. Charges included: Driving while intoxicated; driving with .08 of 1 percent or more of alcohol; aggravated driving while intoxicated with .18 of 1 percent or higher of alcohol; driving while ability impaired; driving while ability impaired by drugs; driving on the shoulder and no plate on the vehicle. Uniform traffic ticket issued; no further information.

Saturday, July 9

•Fort Niagara, assist EMS. Patrol reported a male juvenile with a head injury. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. to transport for treatment.

•500 block of East Oak Terrace, paper work served. Patrol served on a female party.

•1700 block of Braley Road, unwanted party. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on transporting a female to an Elm Drive address in Lewiston.

Sunday, July 10

•400 block of Swann Road, attempt to serve a summons. Negative results reported.

•Church Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 29-year-old male for speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. Driver also cited for having an unregistered vehicle. Uniform traffic tickets issued. Report filed.

Monday, July 11

•Main and Lockport streets, stolen bike complaint. Statement taken from a 32-year-old female who said she left the bike on the corner. Patrol located in a nearby parking area and returned.

•East Avenue, vehicle check. Patrol reports advising a 21-year-old male driver.

•Lockport Street, vehicle check. Patrol reported citing a 28-year-old female for speeding in zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued; report filed.

•1100 block of Balmer Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a trespassing complaint. Patrol cleared.

Tuesday, July 12

•Falkner Park, foot patrols. Patrol report dispersing juveniles found playing with an industrial sprinkler system at the park. All OK.

Wednesday, July 13

•400 block of Lockport Street, subpoena issued. Patrol reported serving a 49-year-old male at that address.

•Veterans Park, larceny complaint. Patrol spoke with a 66-year-old male who reported that approximately 40 gallons of fuel were siphoned from a boat. No report.

•300 block of Glengrove Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported an unknown person ringing the doorbell and finding no one there when answered. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

Friday, July 15

•Blairville Road, reckless driver. Caller reported a green Pontiac heading westbound. Patrol checked with negative results.

•Lower River Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 34-year-old male for speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 42 mph in a 30-mph zone. Driver also cited for an expired inspection. Uniform traffic tickets issued. Report filed.

Saturday, July 16

•Falkner Park, vandalism complaint. Patrol spoke with a female party concerning the vandalism.

•200 block of Glenvale Road, AED response. Patrol reported Youngstown Fire on location and the death of an elderly female. County coroner called to the scene.

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, physical domestic. YPD on location with Lewiston Police. No further details.

Sunday, July 17

•400 block of Carrolwood Drive, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a female who stated that a female neighbor was harassing her children. Issue resolved by patrol.

•Church and Third streets, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Patrol reported citing a 57-year-old female listed as driver No. 1 for failure to stop at a stop sign. Uniform traffic ticket issued. Vehicle No. 1 towed; report filed.

•Robert Moses Parkway southbound, attempt to locate. Caller reported a possible intoxicated driver; plate number logged. Patrol reported negative results.

Monday, July 18

•Unspecified location, arrest, late entry. Patrol reported citing a 23-year-old male for aggravated driving while intoxicated, Blood alcohol content .18 of 1 percent or higher. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Porter Town Court; report filed.

Wednesday, July 20

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a stolen vehicle report. Vehicle located and patrol cleared.

Friday, July 22

•Lower River Road at Riverview Drive, check situation. Caller reported an intoxicated male laying in the roadway. Patrol transported the subject to an address on the 4900 block of Curtiss Court in Lewiston.

•Lockport Street at RMP ramp, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a vehicle/traffic stop. Vehicle towed; no further details.

•Youngstown Yacht Club, alarm response. Patrol reported an open door. Building checked, door secured and all OK.

•Main Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 70-year-old female for speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued; report filed.

•Westwood Drive, vehicle check. Patrol reported citing a 48-year-old female for having an expired registration. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

Saturday, July 23

•Lockport Street, vehicle check. Patrol reports securing a 2006 gray Mitsubishi for speeding in zone and registration infractions. No further details. Vehicle towed with hold placed.

•3800 block of Lower River Road, domestic. Patrol reported a verbal domestic between a husband and wife over a tattoo on the female's finger. The husband reported she was attempting to remove the tattoo by cutting it off, which the female denied. No injuries observed by patrol and both parties were advised. Patrol cleared.

•300 block of Main Street, alcohol poisoning at a bar. Patrol reported an 18-year-old female was found unresponsive in the bar and transported by ambulance to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. YPD investigation revealed the subject had three forms of fake photo ID indicating she was 21 years of age. Report filed.

Sunday, July 24

•500 block of Applewood Drive, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a female; order of protection requested. Report filed.

Monday, July 25

•300 block of Lockport Street, Hit-run property damage accident. Statement taken from the driver. Patrol reported a 48-year-old female backed into a vehicle and fled the scene. Driver cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, backing unsafely and for being an unlicensed driver. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Porter Town Court. Report filed.

•300 block of Lockport Street, assist. Patrol on location with LPD for a warrant execution. One male was taken into custody. Report filed.

•3900 block of River Road, alarm response. All appeared secure; no key holder. Report filed.

Monday, Aug. 1

Village locations, radar speed enforcement. Negative results reported.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

2300 block of Lake Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO and EMS responders for call of loud screaming. No problems found and patrol cleared.

Friday, Aug. 5

•Main Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 74-year-old female for speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. Uniform traffic tickets issued. Report filed.

•3800 block of Lower River Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a possible domestic. Call reported as verbal only. NCSO took the report.

•400 block of Lynbrook Drive, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a possible underage drinking call. Juveniles found at the residence but no drinking found. NCSO took the report.

Saturday, Aug. 6

•3400 block of Creek Road, attempted warrant execution. Patrol on location with NCSO. Negative results reported.

•Falkner Park, area check/recovered property. A black captain's chair reported found. Report filed.

Sunday, Aug. 7

•300 block of Oak Street, open door. Patrol and NCSO checked the residence. Key holder on location.

•Church Street, vehicle/traffic stop. A 40-year-old male was cited for having insufficient brake lights.

•Lockport Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 51-year-old male for speeding. Driver clocked at 48 mph in a 30 mph zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Porter Town Court; report filed.

Monday, Aug. 8

•Falkner Park, property check. Patrol advised juveniles on the village curfew.

Wednesday, Aug. 10

•200 block of Elliott Street, suspicious person. Caller reported a male, approximately 20 years old wearing a gray short and riding a gray bike asking children odd questions. Patrol checked the immediate area and the rest of the village with negative results.

•Second Street, suspicious person. Caller reported an individual going door-to-door selling books. Complaint possibly connected to similar reports of soliciting in Lewiston. Investigation to continue.

Thursday, Aug. 11

•400 block of Third Street, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a vehicle roadside with its trunk open. Patrol reported it was a rental vehicle. Trunk secured.

Friday, Aug. 12

•600 block of Johnston Drive, brush fire. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. responded and extinguished a large fire on the lakeshore.

Saturday, Aug. 15

•Church Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of an 81-year-old male. Charges included no passing zone, not wearing a seat belt and speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 54 mph in a 30 mph zone. Uniform traffic tickets issued with return Town of Porter Court date. Report filed.

•Main Street, vehicle/traffic stop. A 52-year-old male was cited for having an unregistered vehicle. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

Sunday, Aug. 14

•Church Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 64-year-old female for speeding in zone. Driver clocked at 48 mph in a 30 mph zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued. Report filed.

Tuesday, Aug. 16

•800 block of Lower River Road, burglary alarm activation. Patrol checked the property and spoke with the owner's son. All OK.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

•400 block of Oak Street, possible death. Youngstown Fire Co. on location; a 64-year-old male was reported as deceased. Report filed.

•Jackson Street, Church Street and Route 93, radar enforcement. Negative results reported.
