Chemical Waste Management, located on Balmer Road in the Town of Porter, held its annual open House on Friday, July 16.
Residents were invited, with a special invitation given to area Lions clubs from Lewiston, Youngstown, Wilson, Gasport, Town of Niagara and Ransomville. Lions were treated to lunch and given a very positive and enlightened tour of their waste facility, President Ron Craft said.
"CWM has been very generous, with the donation of monetary funds to local Lions clubs, which in turn is given to organizations and individuals in real need," Craft said.
