The following activity occurred Monday, May 9, to Sunday, May 15, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 82 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday, May 9

•Upper Mountain at Walmore roads, vehicle in ditch/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 40-year-old male after he failed sobriety testing on scene. Driver charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation and unsafe backing. Blood Alcohol Content testing refused. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court, vehicle towed and 12-hour hold placed. Report filed.

•Ridge Road, DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 24-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court, vehicle towed and 12-hour hold placed. Report filed.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, burglary complaint. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a 45-year-old male listed as a suspect. Complainant did not wish to press charges.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief complaint. Female informed patrol that an unidentified driver drove through her yard and took out a mailbox. No report.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, mental health response/domestic. Patrol spoke with a 49-year-old male regarding a 31-year-old female, who was taken via Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, custody dispute. Patrol spoke with a 31-year-old male and a 27-year-old female.

Tuesday, May 10

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare, 911 call and hang-up. Patrol checked with negative results.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, assist Crisis Services. All OK.

•4000 block of Dickersonville Road, check situation. Patrol reports a 65-year-old male was found deceased. No further details.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 74-year-old male and a 23-year-old female. Report filed.

•Buffalo Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 24-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•100 block of Pletcher Road, criminal mischief complaint. Patrol spoke with a 30-year-old male; no further details.

Wednesday, May 11

•Hickory Stick golf course/club house, area check. All appeared secure.

•Addresses on the 700 block of Mountain View Drive (two calls) and the 800 block of Center Street, alarm responses. Alarm problems reported on the first call and staff on location on the second. Both locations secure.

•1100 block of Jarrett Drive, burglary complaint. No evidence found of any attempted break-in. Patrol advised homeowner and said LPD would be doing extra patrols.

•800 block of Center Street, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old male; report filed.

•1500 block of Mount Hope Road, check welfare, intoxicated male. Patrol reported the subject was taken home.

Thursday, May 12

•700 block of Chicora Road, AED response. Unidentified subject taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, aggravated harassment complaint. A 48-year-old female informed patrol of receiving 10 phone calls within a half hour. A male party was listed in the report. Report filed.

•LPD office, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 43-year-old male; charges unspecified. Subject arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Report filed.

•200 block of Portage Road, alarm response. Alarm set off by a child; all secure.

•800 block of The Circle, juvenile problem. Resolved by patrol.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, officer requested. A 61-year-old female informed patrol her brother broke into her apartment. Patrol reports the landlord gave him a key to enter.

•Ridge and Meadow roads, two-car injury accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Driver No. 1 taken to Mount St. Mary's and vehicle secured. Report filed.

Friday, May 13

•700 block of Center Street, check-the-welfare. Subject in question was not on location.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, assault complaint. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female; female suspect listed. Investigation to continue.

•4700 block of Porter Center Road, domestic incident. Patrol reported a father-son argument; situation resolved.

•Niagara University, Gallagher Center, intoxicated male. Subject reportedly had a dispute with a cab driver. Handled by patrol.

Saturday, May 14

•1400 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a report of a vehicle with trailer that drove into the front yard of a property. Patrol cleared.

•300 block of Merrie Road, officer requested. Statement taken from an elderly female regarding a possible scam.

•5700 block of Buffalo Street, unwanted party. Male party left without incident.

•NU, Campus Safety, harassment complaint. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female; a 22-year-old male was listed as a suspect. For patrol's report only.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, fraud complaint. Female advised to visit the LPD office to follow up on further.

•Mount St. Mary's ER, check 911 call/check welfare. Patrol reported a female juvenile, who overdosed, as combative and out of control. Subject restrained.

•Hickory Stick golf course, hit-run accident. Statement taken from driver No. 1; the other vehicle left the scene. Report filed.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic dispute. Patrol spoke with a 34-year-old male; a 21-year-old female was listed as a suspect. Report filed.

Sunday, May 15

•Military and Upper Mountain roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old female for driving while intoxicated and related charges. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released. Report filed.

•Unspecified location, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 17-year-old female juvenile from an earlier assault complaint. Report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, check 911 call at a nursing home facility. Patrol spoke with a staff member who reported the call came from a private room. Patrol attempted to speak with a family member; patrol cleared.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a 64-year-old male; handled by patrol.
