Mount St. Mary's celebrates Black History Month

DeLois Wooten, RN, nursing supervisor at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, at right, was recognized with the employee award as part of hospital's Black History Month celebration on Feb. 3. Kenneth Hatton, director of Environmental Services, and hospital President and CEO Judith Maness join her. Also at the ceremony, the Rev. Kevin Dobbs, pastor of the Christ Redemption Tabernacle Church, provided remarks while representatives of the Echoes Through Time Learning Center provided information for the event's national theme, "African Americans and the Civil War."
