The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 10, to Sunday, Jan. 16, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 85 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday. Jan. 10

•Unspecified location, check welfare. Patrol requested to check on an individual who left EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center and was reported as acting strangely. Plate number vehicle logged. Area checked; vehicle gone on patrol's arrival.

•5300 block of Military Road, harassment. Patrol informed of a discharged patient who was calling the emergency room and complaining. Subject advised to stop.

•400 block of Cayuga Street, criminal mischief to a vehicle. Statement taken from a 28-year-old female who reported a broken window on her vehicle. No suspect at this time; report filed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, officer requested. Statement taken from an elderly female regarding possible fraud involving a credit card. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road at Buffalo Street, separate reports of motor vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers involved. Report filed on the second call.

•500 block of Fairway Drive and on the 2100 block of Langdon Road, separate check-the-situation calls. No problems at either location.

•Swann Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•1500 block of Swann Road, juvenile problem. Resolved by patrol.

Tuesday, Jan. 11

•700 block of Fairchild Place, patrol followed up an earlier complaint at a nursing home. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle check. Patrol reported a 26-year-old female was cited for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on two uniform traffic tickets with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on Ridge Road, west of Model City Road, and on the Robert Moses Parkway (three calls), reports of vehicles in ditches. All calls addressed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, two-vehicle injury accident. Statements taken from both drivers; both vehicles towed. Report filed.

•4800 block of Indian Hill Road, assault complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male regarding a male suspect. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Ridge Street, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 23-year-old female regarding an unknown suspect. Patrol reported missing items were recovered from a vehicle on Mohawk Street. Plate number logged. Report filed.

•Mohawk and Fourth streets, suspicious persons. Patrol and State Police on follow-up from the above larceny on Ridge Street were reported in pursuit. Suspects in question were picked up by a vehicle; negative results on the search.

•4900 block of Creek Road, unattended death of a 66-year-old male. EMS responders on location; patrol escorted a family member to Mount St. Mary's.

•400 block of Ridge Street, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a female regarding an unknown suspect. Plate number logged. Report filed.

Wednesday, Jan. 12

•Lewiston Hill, two-vehicle head-on injury accident. Statements taken from both drivers; both vehicles towed. Report filed.

•Separate reports of vehicles in ditches. Locations on Indian Hill Road, the I-190 at Military Road (two calls), Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road and at Saunders Settlement and Mayflower roads. All calls addressed.

•4100 block of Creek Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•800 block of Orchard Drive, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location for transport.

•800 block of Center Street, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 20-year-old male regarding damage to a vehicle. Report filed.

•4900 block of Eddy Drive West, hit-run accident. Statement taken; report filed.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, attempt to locate a missing person. Negative results reported.

Thursday, Jan. 13

•4700 block of Lower River Road, assist. Patrol on location with Lewiston No. 1 to assist a 52-year-old female. Lewiston No. 1 made entry; no further details.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 21-year-old female regarding damage to a door lock. Report filed.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, road rage/harassment complaint at a gas/convenience business. Suspect gone on patrol's arrival.

•5600 block of Bridgeman Road, property damage complaint. Statement taken from a 40-year-old male; no further details. Report filed.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, attempted burglary complaint. Patrol reported the suspect as gone on its arrival. Report filed.

•200 block of North Third Street, neighbor problem. No further details.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, house fire. No further details.

•900 block of Ridge Road, unwanted party. Patrol reports a mother did not want her son at the residence. A 48-year-old male left without incident.

Friday, Jan. 14

•Porter Center Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's deputies to assist with an intoxicated driver. Vehicle towed; no further details. Patrol cleared.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle at Niagara-Wheatfield High School. Patrol checked the area and cleared.

•RMP, north of Pletcher Road, one vehicle accident. No injuries reported; vehicle secured.

•Bridgeman Road, trespasser complaint. Complainant reported finding footprints in the snow. Patrol determined they were actually dog prints and cleared the call.

•400 block of Center Street, auto-stripping complaint. Unidentified female reported that an unknown individual "punched" the lock on her vehicle. No items taken and no report wished.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, EMS response. Patrol reported Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location for a male party with an overdose.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny from a vehicle. Statement taken from a 63-year-old female who reported an unknown party took a pack of cigarettes. Report filed.

•5000 block of Callan Drive, neighbor problem. Patrol advised the neighbor to keep snow on his own property to avoid issues.

•Ridge and Indian Hill roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Uniform traffic ticket (unspecified) issued to driver No. 1, a 38-year-old male. Report filed.

•4200 block of Lower River Road, assist EMS. Patrol on location for an infant who wasn't breathing. Situation addressed.

•700 block of Center Street, shoplifting complaint. Statement taken from a female; investigation continuing.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, auto-stripping complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old female who reported locks "punched" out on a green Honda. Several items, including a GPS unit reported taken. Report filed.

•Lower River Road and Tryon Drive, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Report field.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, property dispute involving a woman who took her husband's truck without permission. Patrol spoke with the female who reports parking the vehicle in a supermarket parking lot on the 900 block of Center Street because her husband was drinking.

Saturday, Jan. 15

•Creek Road, suspicious person. Patrol located a male who was walking home; a vehicle listed on the call was towed with a 12-hour hold placed.

•Suspicious person at a gas/convenience store on the 800 block of Center Street. Patrol informed that an Indian male "with blood all over him" took beer and food and fled the store on foot. Subject reportedly had a torn shirt, a black jacket and was wearing glasses. Investigation to continue.

•700 block of Ridge Road, suspicious juveniles. Patrol located three juveniles who attempted to gain access to a locked shed. Subjects returned home and their parents were advised of their actions. Patrol cleared.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, hunter complaint. No problems found.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, alarm response. House secure; no key holder.

Sunday, Jan. 16

•100 block of North Fourth Street, loud party complaint. Patrol reported two males were yelling on the street. Subjects left with another party and no problems reported.

•Indian Hill Road, vehicle in a ditch/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 34-year-old male for Driving While Intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .015 of 1 percent of alcohol. Driver arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 assigned and driver remanded to the Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•2700 block of New Road, assist. Patrol on location with State Police on a mental health-possible suicide call involving a male with a gun. Subject apprehended without incident.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, officer requested. Patrol responded to a gas/convenience business for a customer problem. Problem resolved prior to patrol's arrival.

•5200 block of Country Club Trail, alarm response. All secure; no key holder.

•4900 block of Eddy Drive West, suspicious person. Patrol determined the problem was attributed to falling snow; no individual found in the area. All secure.

•400 block of Riverview Drive, suspicious vehicle. Gone on patrol's arrival.
