Niagara University is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with one of North America's most prominent cafes, Tim Hortons. When students arrive for the spring semester, the current Jazzman's Cafe location in the Gallagher Center will have been transformed into a limited menu Tim Hortons Café & Bake Shop, serving the company's signature "Always Fresh" coffee and donuts along with new items such as espressos, cappuccinos and lattes.

While Tim Hortons currently has more than 3,000 restaurants throughout Canada and approximately 600 franchises in the United States, this will be the company's first foray into Lewiston and onto Niagara University's campus.

"We continue to survey our students about their food service experiences, and what they would like to see here at Niagara University," said Christy Ferguson, the university's director of contract services. "The addition of the Tim Hortons Café & Bake Shop is in direct response to the students request for a Tim Hortons on campus. We are all quite excited for its opening next semester."

"As Tim Hortons continues to expand in the U.S. market, we are especially excited to partner with Niagara University," said David Clanachan, chief operations officer, U.S. and International, Tim Hortons. "We look forward to serving students, staff and visitors and becoming part of the Purple Eagle family."
