Missing man sought

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance in locating Joseph M. Specyal, 50, of North Tonawanda.

He was reported missing on Oct. 10, last known to be in the area of Niagara Falls Boulevard and Ward Road in Wheatfield. He may currently be in the Buffalo, Amherst or Niagara region.

The subject indicated intentions of harming himself on or about the time he was reported missing, and family members are extremely concerned for his welfare, according to the sheriff's office.

Citizens are encouraged to call the police if he is located. Contact Investigator Daniel Brown at 438-3328, or Niagara County Communications at 438-3393.
