Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Buffalo Chapter invites community to join in Eid celebration

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Buffalo Chapter invites the community to join in an Eid celebration at 10 a.m. Friday, April 21, at Masjid Mahdi, at 9610 Colvin Blvd., Niagara Falls.

A press release stated, “Eid al-Fitr is a festival that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, during which Muslims fast from dawn until sunset. The festival is a time for family and friends to come together and celebrate the end of a month of spiritual reflection and personal growth.”

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Buffalo Chapter President Nasir Khan said, "We are delighted to invite our neighbors and friends to celebrate Eid with us. This is an opportunity for us to come together and strengthen our bonds of friendship and understanding."

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Buffalo Chapter Director of Outreach Anas Mangla added, "We hope that this event will be a chance for people to learn more about our community and our beliefs. We believe that it is important to build bridges between different communities and cultures, and this event is one small step towards that goal."

The event will include a sermon, prayers, and a festive meal. All community members are welcome to attend and participate in the celebration.
