Mount St. Mary's Hospital appoints new director of Clearview Treatment Services program

Mount St. Mary’s Hospital has appointed Sarah Tabone as director of the Clearview Treatment Services program. She brings 20 years of experience to this role, and holds a BA degree in psychology from Niagara University, along with CASAC Advanced Counselor Certification. Tabone is a recipient of Niagara University’s Presidential Scholarship.

Most recently, she served as the supervising counselor for Catholic Health’s chemical dependency treatment programs at STAR St. Vincent in Buffalo and STAR Pathways in Amherst. In this capacity, she counseled patients and supervised a multidisciplinary staff of counselors, completed documentation and quality assurance audits, and managed productivity across the unit. Prior to that, Tabone was a counselor and team leader at Horizon Village in Sanborn. She has also held positions in this field with Gateway Longview and Baker Victory Services. Additionally, Tabone serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at D’Youville University.
