Tallichet is the owner and operator of Lumberjacks Patio and Grill. She donates to the Erie-Niagara Sunrise Exchange Club and its projects to prevent child abuse.

Nelson said, “She was extremely generous in the latest campaign to provide ‘Give a Kid a Hug to Hold’ pillows for abused children. In addition, she paid half the cost of printing thank you note pads and pens for Twin City Meals on Wheels’ volunteers and clients – a gift that was so appreciated. Cardinal O’Hara High School is the recipient of her generosity, as she donates the proceeds from the used bottles and cans at her restaurant. This summer’s collection has allowed the music department to purchase musical items not in the budget.”
