Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center will host an on-the-spot hiring event for registered nurses from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Antonio’s Banquet & Conference Center, 7708 Niagara Falls Blvd. Representatives from various departments of the medical center, including intensive care, behavioral health, emergency services, surgery and cardiology, will be on hand to provide information, accept applications, and conduct open interviews.
A press release noted, “The event comes after Memorial and 1199SEIU Healthcare Workers approved a new, three-year agreement that includes up to $25,000 in sign-on bonuses, new competitive wages, and longevity bonuses for contract covered employees with 20 plus years of service.”
