Rivershore Foundation 'Community Splash' event is Thursday

The Rivershore Foundation board and honorary event chairman Gary Hall will host a “Community Splash” event from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at the Griffon Brewery and Gastropub, 115 S. Water St., Lewiston (formerly Water Street Landing).

This event includes gourmet food, drinks and views of the Niagara River. Additionally, there will be an art show featuring collections from the People Inc. “Artisan’s Edge” program. Plus, live musical entertainment will be provided by acoustic guitar duo Randy and Dave Thurman.

Event proceeds support people with developmental disabilities across Niagara County. Single event tickets are $75 each, or a package of six tickets is $400. Tickets may be purchased online at rivershorefoundation.org. For more information, email [email protected] or call 716-868-9233.

Rivershore Foundation Inc., in coordination with People Inc., engages in public relations, lobbies for volunteers and raises funds for the benefit of people with developmental disabilities supported by People Inc. in Niagara County.
