Shortly after 1 a.m. this morning, the Niagara Falls Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the 400 block of Ninth Street. Upon arrival, the officers found a 30-year-old male with a gunshot wound. Police immediately began to render aid to the victim before he was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Once there, he was pronounced deceased.
Two other adult males had suffered what appeared to be non-life-threatening gunshot wounds from the incident.
