Upcoming events at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center, 1201 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls:

Organizers said, “Join our gian drum circle outside on the NACC steps led by The Slyboots School founder and educator Griffin Brady. Some drums will be provided, but we ask everyone to bring their own (or your laps for the taps)! This will be a part of our ‘Sonic Second Sundays’ music series.

“Griffin will teach us a variety of rhythms on the djembe and share how we can heal through the power of music.

“We will also have tasty, plant-based meals free for the community catered by Food Not Bombs!”

Organizers said, “Come join us for some family fun at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center Community Fair Picnic. There will be performances by Niagara Storm Cheer and demos from the Niagara County Sheriff canine unit. Also, meet members of the Niagara Falls Fire Department, who will be visiting with the fire prevention hose and fire truck.”

Explore services offered by local community partners, and enjoy family-friendly music, carnival games, an artisan market, a basket auction and Starry Night Café barbecue.
