Monday, July 19

•4700 block of Porter Center Road, assist – Caller to 911 requested guests to be removed from an Airbnb rental. Caller said five to six occupants were involved and the complaint “was a long story.” Patrol responded and advised the guests their Airbnb contract was terminated. Guests were in the process of leaving with the remaining guests to vacate after cleaning was completed. Patrol cleared.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, suspicious activity – Caller to 911 reported a male in a red shirt, black jacket and pants walking around the area, attempting to open the doors on parked vehicles. Male seen driving a vehicle, possibly silver; two additional subjects exiting vehicle and trying the door handles of other nearby vehicles. No items reported missing by caller. Patrol checked area with negative results. Call cleared.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, assist – Caller to 911 reported a walk-in patient from Niagara Falls with a foot stabbing. Patrol referred the call to the Niagara Falls Police Department.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, assist public – Neighbor issue reported. Female reported a neighbor was spraying chemicals onto her property and the spray was impacting the caller. Patrols responded.

•5100 block of Military Road, domestic disturbance – Caller to 911 said a female had jumped out of a vehicle and a male was back on location; caller unsure on female. Responding patrols had one male in custody.

•1000 block of Swann Road, traffic complaint – Caller to 911 reported a female driving a gray four-door sedan that was all over the roadway and is now doing doughnuts in a parking lot. Driver pulled into the parking lot at a high rate of speed and began spinning around in the parking lot.

•100 block of S. Water Street, assist – Anonymous caller said eight to 10 juveniles were seen playing on the boats and not wearing lifejackets.

Tuesday, July 20

•5800 block of Garlow Road, suspicious activity – Caller to 911 said an unknown person began ringing her doorbell in the early morning hours; no visual. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•5900 block of Kline Road, damage to property – Caller to 911 reported a parked truck and the residence were both egged overnight. Patrol responded. Caller later advised that a recent burglary occurred at the address. Report only.

•4000 block of Creek Road, assist – Caller reported a neighbor was repeatedly pulling out property stakes; complaint an ongoing issue. Caller wanted LPD to be aware of problem; patrols responded. Report taken.

•Center Street/Niagara Scenic Parkway southbound, MVA, property damage – Caller to 911 stated a silver Ford and a disposal company vehicle were involved. Patrols responded; report taken.

•Locations on Townline/Upper Mountain roads, Military/Upper Mountain roads, the 1100 block of Ridge Road, Townline/Lower Mountain roads, Garlow/Upper Mountain roads, Garlow/Saunders Settlement Roads, and on Garlow/Mount Hope roads, assist calls – Patrol logged numerous reports of flooding, avalanches of water and rocks on roadways, impassable roads, tree branches down, signal lights malfunctioning and various traffic/safety problems. Calls all weather-related.

Wednesday, July 21

•4500 block of Creek Road, civil process – Patrol reported an order of protection was served on a male without incident; male told officers he understood the OOP. Call cleared.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, traffic complaint – Caller to 911 reported a black Ford Explorer driven by a male was all over the roadway. Plate number logged.

•Saunders Settlement/Walmore roads, MVA-injuries – Caller to 911 reported a two-car accident with injuries; female had a back injury. Patrol issued one uniform traffic ticket (unspecified) for Lewiston Town Court. MV report issued.

•5800 block of Kline Road, forgery – Officer initiated call. Complaint taken from a female concerning a possible identity theft.

•2800 block of Niagara Street, assist public – Male caller listed as the executor of an estate reported that a male who was living at the residence had cleared out the house. Report taken.

•100 block of Swain Road, suspicious activity – Caller to 911 reported items being broken, possibly from a new home build; screaming also heard from the address, cause unknown. Responding patrol found kids playing cornhole. All OK.

Thursday, July 22

•800 block of Oriole Lane, theft – Caller reported theft overnight from a motor vehicle. Caller said a wallet was taken from the vehicle earlier and then returned. $100 in cash and three credit cards reported missing.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, traffic complaint – Caller said a male customer on crutches entered a gas/convenience store with other witnesses, male drinking from an open container; subject then exited and was seen pumping gas. Patrol unable to locate.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, theft – Caller stated an unknown subject entered a business and allegedly stole money from a safe behind the counter while a cashier was assisting a patron.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, noise complaint – Caller reported a loud explosion shook the house in the Route 31 area; incident also reported on Facebook.

•S. Seventh/Cayuga streets, MVA-property damage – Caller reported a two-vehicle MVA. Report taken.

•Locations on Saunders Settlement/Mayflower roads and Townline/Ridge roads, vehicle/traffic stops. Calls officer initiated. Violations per stop included driver cited for operating while registration suspended/revoked; and rightful owner cited for speed in zone, vehicle clocked at 75 mph in a 55-mph zone. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

Friday, July 23

•Hyde Park Boulevard/Roosevelt Avenue – vehicle/traffic stop – Officer initiated call. Driver cited for unlicensed operation, operating out of class and failure to use the designated lane. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•2800 block of Porter Center Road, MVA-injuries – Caller to 911 reported a vehicle had struck a tree and is now on fire; caller did not anyone exiting vehicle. Patrol on location.

•700 block of Center Street, MVA property damage – Caller to 911 said an elderly female had backed her vehicle into a light pole; pole now on the ground. Patrol responded, MV report completed.

•900 block of Ridge Road, burglary – Caller reported that entry was made into an unlocked home; items taken, and male seen operating a black vehicle. Caller said the father of his grandson was a possible suspect. Patrol on location.

•400 block of Aberdeen Road, shots fired – Caller reported hearing small caliber gunfire, possibly coming from the Kenwood Drive/River Road area. Patrol located a male on Kenwood who said his four-wheeler had backfired; mechanical issues reported.

Saturday, July 24

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, assault – Caller to 911 reported an earlier assault on the reservation; male, 31, listed as a victim. Subject bleeding from his ear and facial injuries reported. Patrols on location.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, harassment – Caller said her ex-husband came to the residence and took photos. Male then entered the caller’s residence and began making threats. Patrol responded; report taken.

•100 block of N. First Street, harassment – Caller to 911 reported a male from an earlier incident harassing residents was on location. Subject left in a black Subaru Impreza heading toward Center Street. Plate number logged. Interview requested.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, disturbance not domestic – Caller to 911 reported an intoxicated neighbor was harassing her husband; subject listed as Joe; last name unknown. Patrols on location.

Sunday, July 25

•4300 block of Creek Road, suspicious activity – Caller to 911 reported a suspicious vehicle listed as a blue four-door sedan in front of the residence. Vehicle on location for approximately 10 minutes and subjects exited and reentered vehicle. Patrol check of area requested; no interview.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, assist – Patrol advised of a fire alarm response at the address; attempts made to contact keyholder.
