From City of Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino’s office:
At approximately 3 p.m. Tuesday, a vehicle heading southbound on Lewiston Road struck a pedestrian who entered the roadway in the 2600 block.
The pedestrian, a 21-year-old Niagara Falls man, appeared to have suffered injuries to his collarbone and head. He was transported by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center for treatment, where he is currently in stable condition.
The crash management team was activated and is continuing the investigation.
