Aero Transportation in Niagara Falls will hold its fourth annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway, aiming to donate over 350 birds to residents who otherwise may not have the opportunity to eat with their family. Turkeys will be given on first-come, first-get basis at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Community Health Center of Niagara, 2715 Highland Ave., Niagara Falls.

Along with turkeys, canned goods and other donations such as hats and gloves will be distributed.

This year, the following organizations are working on the campaign: Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY, Niagara Falls National Heritage Area, Niagara Falls Peace Makers and Create a Healthier Niagara Falls Collaborative.

Aero Transportation is a locally owned business that was established in 2009 by a woman and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. The company provides nonemergency medical transportation and airport shuttle in the region.

Its press release said, “We love what we do because we love the WNY area. Our customers are treated like family. We want our customers to have a great experience when they’re riding with us – not just a ride! And thankfully, because of our continued excellent service Aero Transportation has five-star ratings on Google, AirNav, Tripadvisor and Yelp!”
