The Ruby Carey Scholarship was awarded to Lewiston-Porter High School graduate Jackson Rogers of Youngstown in the amount of $2,000 to support his future educational endeavors. His name will be added to the plaque, which features previous winners and is displayed in the Youngstown Library.
