On Saturday, June 20, the Upper Mountain, Lewiston No. 1, Ransomville and Youngstown volunteer fire companies will pay a visit to each of the graduating seniors of the Lewiston-Porter High School Class of 2020.
A press release said, “The first-responder community is coming together to recognize, celebrate and show support to an amazing group of individuals who have persevered and overcome the challenges of the pandemic during what should have been one of the most celebrated times of their lives. Members from each of the departments will be traveling throughout the Lewiston-Porter community Saturday morning delivering a small gift to each of the graduates as a show of support from their local first responders.”
The morning will kick-off as preparation for the deliveries will begin at 10 a.m. at the Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. station at 839 Moyer Road.
