The Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum is holding a curbside Chiavetta's chicken dinner pickup from 3-7 p.m. Friday, June 26. Dinners are $12 each in advance, and include the famous Chiavetta's chicken, potato salad, coleslaw and a roll. A portion of each dinner sold will help the museum to make up lost admissions income from the three months the museum was required to close due to COVID-19.
Presale dinners can be purchased on the museum's website. A limited number of dinners will be available for purchase on the day of event for $13 each.
Customers can stay in their cars as the museum staff loads dinners into backseats or trunks.
Not only can one purchase a dinner, but customers also can shop the museum's online gift shop and skip shipping charges by picking up items during Chiavetta’s event. The museum is offering 5% off purchases of $50 or more in its online store with the promo code CHIAVETTAS.
The Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum is located at 180 Thompson St., North Tonawanda. Its mission is to be a premier national historic site and community resource for family learning and recreation that fosters an appreciation for the unique heritage of the carousel and related industries in the Niagara Region.
