The Historical Association of Lewiston announced the release of its ninth annual holiday ornament, featuring Apple Granny Restaurant.
Each ornament mold is sculpted by an artisan and then hand-painted with intricate detail.
Previous ornaments include the Frontier House, Lewiston Museum, Hennepin Hall, Stone House, Red Brick School, Presbyterian Church, DiCamillo Bakery and Fairbanks Manor.
“We release our annual ornament prior to our signature fundraiser, the Tour of Homes, as a kick-off to the holiday season. We are so excited to have Apple Granny as this year’s featured ornament,” HAL Executive Director Patricia Mahoney said.
The Apple Granny ornaments are now available for sale at Apple Granny 433 Center St.). All nine ornaments are available from the Lewiston Museum by calling 716-754-4214.
