Buffalo Living Tour will cover downtown Buffalo, NT, GI

The 12th edition of the Buffalo Living Tour will be expanding geographically when the event returns on Saturday, June 29.

“It’s pretty remarkable how these loft apartments and upscale living spaces have caught on here in Western New York,” Paul D. Maurer, Buffalo Living Tour chairman, said. “So much so, that we will be spotlighting not only some downtown locations, but also a brand new North Tonawanda riverfront property, and two on Grand Island.”

There are five locations on the tour so far, with a possibility of a sixth and seventh location being added in the coming days.

Locations include:

Lafayette-Barton Apartments (115 Lafayette Ave., Buffalo) – A brand-new renovation of a historic building in an up and coming neighborhood close to the Elmwood Village.

Symphony Circle Active Living (279 North St., Buffalo) – A brand-new facility close to Kleinhans Music Hall features a theater, great room, fitness center, library, hair salon, card room, private dining room and activity center.

600 River Road (600 River Road, North Tonawanda) – Just opened luxury living space located along the scenic Niagara River with panoramic views of the river.

Heron Pointe (1993 Grand Island Blvd., Grand Island) – Wrapped by the Niagara River, an apartment community with 232 apartments that are designed to resemble a charming neighborhood. Luxury resort-style living with a heated salt-water pool in a neighborhood-style complex, with its own dog park.

Hidden Meadow Trail Townhouses (2625 Grand Island Blvd., Grand Island) – This brand-new facility features attached garages, and residents can enjoy the wooded solitude on private patios.

A special luxury car show provided by Towne Automotive Group, celebrating their 50th anniversary this month, will include Maseratis, BMW’s, Alpha Romeos, and MINI vehicles parked in the driveways of Hidden Meadow Trail Townhouses.

The entire Buffalo Living Tour is free. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
