A large crowd gathered at the Red Brick Municipal Building on Saturday to participate in the annual Earth Day spring cleanup. People spruced up neighboring roads and public areas. Refreshment were provided.
“It was a great turnout, even though it is so cold out,” Mayor Anne Welch said. “Bob Burns/Tim Hortons donated the coffee and doughnuts again. (Clerk/Treasurer) Amy (Salada) organized the event again this year, and she did a great job.”
