Notaro Chiropractic, with an office on Grand Island Boulevard, recently donated turkeys for the underprivileged at the holidays.

Notaro Chiropractic Assistant Office Manager Jenn Paonessa and Dr. Aaron Boddecker are pictured at the Christmas tree inside Community Missions of Niagara Frontier on Buffalo Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls, where they delivered a turkey.

Paonessa and Boddecker donated a turkey to the Neighbors Foundation of Grand Island on Dec. 13. Accepting the turkey is Neighbors Foundation of Grand Island President David Conboy. In the background are shopping bags filled with donated food from Islanders for Islanders.

The food was delivered to the Knights of Columbus Mary Star of the Sea Council Hall on Whitehaven Road, where volunteers sorted 11 pallets of food for those in temporary need at the holidays. (Photos by Larry Austin)
