Daylong holiday events expand
On Thursday morning, Niagara Falls leaders announced events for the second annual Jingle Falls USA in downtown Niagara Falls.
The event will take place on Nov. 30, as well as Dec. 1, 8 and 15, and each day will provide daylong holiday events in downtown Niagara Falls.
Jingle Falls USA proved to be popular last year, with each day of events providing fun for all ages.
This year's events begin Nov. 30 with a community candlelight stroll from City Hall to Old Falls Street. Following the walk, which begins at 5:15 p.m., officials will light up the Christmas tree on Old Falls Street. A fireworks display will follow.

In a release, Tourism Development Manager at Destination Niagara USA Sue Swiatkowski said, "We've already locked in a great group of pizza vendors and are looking for more from Niagara Falls to come on board. Early social media indicators have proven that residents are really looking forward to this event."
