Community invited to trick-or-treating event

The McGuire Group's Northgate Health Care Facility, 7264 Nash Road, North Tonawanda, will host its annual safe Halloween trick-or-treating event on Monday, Oct. 29 from 4:30- 6:30 p.m.
Members of the community are encouraged to stop by the facility dressed in costume and parade along the decorated hallways to receive candy from the residents. There will be games and a costume contest at 5:30 p.m.
Northgate Health Care Facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, hospice care, specialized memory care and respite/short-term services. The facility continuously receives outstanding ratings from the federal government and is among a short list of facilities that finished in the first quintile of New York state's quality benchmarking pool for five out of five years.
