Wilson Tuscarora State Park boat launch to be closed for construction

The Niagara Region of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation announced the boat launch at Wilson Tuscarora State Park will soon be closed to the public while it is being rebuilt.
While there is no exact date set yet for work to begin, it is anticipated to be in mid-October. However, limited launch services may be available after November. When completed in the spring of 2019, there will be a new launch featuring floating docks.
The $135,000 project is being competed by Empire Marine Services of Hilton.
