'Lunch and Learn' in Youngstown

The community is invited to participate in a free "Lunch and Learn" program this fall, titled "Untethering You Inner Self." The program will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 10-24, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Main and Chestnut streets in Youngstown.
The topic will be presented by Germain D. Ludwig, Ph.D., adjunct professor at Niagara University. Participants will explore ways to free themselves from the limitations of the self-imposed world and to view themselves from different angles. The emphasis is on inner growth.
Participants are asked to bring a bag lunch. The program is sponsored by St. John's Episcopal Church in Youngstown and St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Lewiston.
