Memorabilia from Niagara Catholic High School, including trophies, portraits, banners and clothing, will be sold at a private sale for alumni, former staff, and family at the school, 520 66th St., on Thursday Aug. 23.The event will run from 4 to 7 p.m., and all items will be sold for cash on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event will ensure alumni receive "first dibs" on items of value to them prior to the final asset auction to be conducted Aug. 25 by Cash Cunningham Appraisals.
In addition to this effort to ensure memorabilia remain with those who cherish it, some items have already been donated to the Niagara Falls Public Library to be preserved in the local history archives.
The private sale will be held in the St. Dominic Savio wing. Participants should enter through the front entrance to the annex.
