The Town of Wheatfield Lions Club donated hot chocolate and coffee on Feb. 10 in the Youth Center at the Wheatfield Winterfest as part of its "Giving Back."
The Lions Clubs International, having celebrated 100 years in 2017, supports programs helping the blind and disabled around the world, with the town clubhouse, kitchen and pavilion available for rent, and a loan closet with medical assistance apparatuses available at no cost upon request.
The Lions' pancake breakfast fundraiser is Sunday, April 22, from 9-1 p.m. at Five Senses Park, 6535 Ward Road.
