Impact Sports Performance event moves to ADPRO Sports Training Center at New Era Field
Registration is now open for the 2018 Buffalo Fitness Games, which will be held Saturday, April 14, in the ADPRO Sports Training Center at New Era Field.
Hosted by Impact Sports Performance, the Buffalo Fitness Games have brought together athletes of all ages who train at facilities across Western New York to compete in a series of athletic challenges that test strength, speed and stamina. The event has steadily grown in popularity over the past three years, and will now be held in the Buffalo Bills' training facility for the first time. A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit Camp Good Days.
Participants will compete in teams of two with a male division, female division, and co-ed division. The 2018 competition will consist of jumping rope slams, sled pushes and pulls, box jumps, curve treadmill sprints, farmers' walk carries, a plank/pushup combination and shuttle run. Top finishers will be awarded with prizes from (716) Food and Sport, Advance Care Physical Therapy, Buffalo Cryo, Buffalo Marriott HarborCenter, lululemon, Makeup by Jaime, The Healthy Scratch and Tres Aurea Spa & Aesthetic Associates Center.
2018 Buffalo Fitness Games participants will receive free weekly classes at Impact Sports Performance from the point of registration through the competition date.
On the day of competition, the ADPRO Sports Training Center will be buzzing with additional activities for participants and spectators. Free spin classes and yoga classes will take place throughout the day, while the youngest spectators take part in their own competition. The Kids Zone, facilitated by Garage Fitness, will hold a version of the Buffalo Fitness Games course specially designed for children ages 9-17, along with free face painting.

click here. Free parking will be available in the Bills Fieldhouse lot on the day of the competition, and spectators will be able to purchase admission at the door.
