The "STEM Snow Days: Cardboard Creations" event will be held during the Christmas break of local schools, from noon to 4 p.m. from Monday, Dec. 26, to Friday, Dec. 30, at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum, 180 Thompson St., North Tonawanda.
Children are encouraged to bring in any cardboard gift boxes they received gifts in over the holidays to make crafts with supplies provided by the museum.
This activity is available for children of all ages. The event is included with regular museum admission ($6 for adults, $3 for children ages 2 and older).
This will be the last chance children can ride the carousel before the museum closes for the season.
