The 23rd annual Baskets O'Plenty Auction is scheduled for Thursday, March 10, at BPO Elks Lodge No. 346, 1805 Fashion Outlet Blvd., Town of Niagara.

Event chairperson Christine S. O'Hara, executive director of alumni engagement at Niagara University, said, "The agency is in need of complete theme baskets (baking, gardening, children's, pets, etc.). However, donations to help fill baskets are also welcomed and appreciated. Items such as restaurant/store gift certificates, bottles of wine and cheer, tickets to sporting and cultural events are always popular."

All donations can be dropped off at Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, 1555 Fashion Outlet Blvd., Niagara Falls, or arrangements can be made to have your donation picked-up.

"We have event sponsorships available for any businesses interested in partnering with us," O'Hara said.

Proceeds from the Baskets O'Plenty Auction will benefit programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities supported by OUN, including day programming, residential, job training, fine arts and horticulture therapy.
